Highest weight: 230 lbs (Jan 2008)
Last Weigh-In: 162 lbs (Dec 2010)
TOTAL Lost: 68 lbs
(I bounce up and down about 5 lbs all the time. I don’t sweat it anymore
)
Dream goal weight: 155 lbs (someday!)
