i work out from 2 hours a day id just like to know what foods to eat if i wanted to lose weight. like, whats healthy? veges grilled chicken and fish….any ideas?
Pretty much all vegetables are good. Some have a little more calories than others but generally they have few calories and lots of fiber. Also, if you like bread or pasta, try to eat whole wheat and make sure they don’t just "contain" wheat but actually are whole wheat. They not only have fiber and less processed grains, but whole wheat has been found to have other health benefits as well. Try to drink plenty of fluids but not juice or soda. Drink water, and if you don’t like just plain water, drink flavored seltzer waters that don’t have calories or very few. People don’t realize it when they drink all their calories because they don’t feel full. Turkey has less fat than chicken, and make sure you eat baked chicken or saute it in a small amount of olive oil and use seasonings for flavoring (i.e. spices, garlic, onions, etc.). Try to avoid too much salt because that can make you retain water. You do need some sodium in your diet though. That’s it for now. Good luck.
I want to lose weight without losing certain aspects of my body, such as my breasts and behind. I just want to lose the stubborn belly fat. I regularly exercise and eat right. Which diet supplements would fulfill this?
oh, and I don’t want to lose mass amounts of weight. I’m only looking to lose 10 pounds. I know if you lose like, 25+ then your breasts would shrink. I’m wondering about smaller-scale weight loss
You can’t control where you lose the weight, naturally women and will lose weight from the breast no matter what same with their butt bc thats where most of their fat is at. Also diet supplements dont work you need to just work out hard and eat right. Burn more than you eat

raw carrots and raw celery are negative calorie foods, it takes more calories to digest them then they give you. they don’t make a big difference but if your hungry better to lose a little bit then gain a little bit
There are many free risk trials on the internet promoting an Acai Berry weight loss supplement. I have researched the ingredients but have not found anything stating that one works better than the others. It would be less stressful for me to go the a nutrition store and buy it in person rather than to place an order online and haveing to wait for the delivery, not including what they charge me if I don’t cancel the free trial (about $80).
Acai berry pills are a waste of money and don’t work. The juice may taste nice but neither the juice nor the pills will help you.
