i have seen too many acai berry weight loss ads,?

what is it ( in weight loss)
how can one get it

what is the side effects.

that is a weight loss scam, because anyway you look at it, it is just a fruit which has some herbal chemicals in it which help to supress diet for some time.

that does not in itself make it healthy or good

for losing weight.

eat healthy food
eat nutritious food
stay away from junk food
stay away from lazy lifestyle.
change lifestyle to include a bit of workouts and some physical work, instead of just using machines do it.

    The others are partially right that there are a lot of scam companies out there, but the berry itself is a real thing. I mean, Acai is Acai no matter which company sells it as long as that company is legit and has good quality. It is a fruit that is a fantastic antioxidant and is good for cardiovascular health, but that’s about it.

    You can get it from any health food store (GNC, Whole Foods, etc) and many other places, but I would be careful about online ads for it (and the "free trials" are hardly ever free since they have to get you to pay for it somehow)… your local health food store would be the safest place to guarantee you won’t get scammed.
    Unfortunately, Acai is one of a few high powered antioxidants that are fads right now and when there is a fad, there are always people and companies that take advantage of that popularity and sell their own piece of it. The unfortunate part is that too many of those people/companies make baseless claims (like dramatic weight loss or curing diseases) in order to sell their product faster and for higher prices.

    With all that being said, I haven’t seen significant research to verify the huge weight loss claims, but there is some benefit for suppressing the appetite a bit and giving some energy (although neither of those as much as other options on the market). There aren’t any side effects unless you are allergic to it (which is rare)… it’s just a fruit.
    As far as where to get it, it’s best to get a product like this from a company that you know and/or trust. If you’d like, I can also point out a few companies out there if you can’t find any in your local area. Good luck and I hope I helped!

    Acai berry is a great nutritious food. It has received a shocking amount of publicity and hype. It is a great food. Don’t expect it to "cure all of your ailments" or substitute for healthy eating and exercise. Consider it a fruit because that is what it is. It has high amounts of some very special nutrients and can be a great addition to your normal food. If you’re wanting to reach your ideal weight, try eating more raw fruits and vegetables. Avoid processed meats, dairy, grains and sugar. Always remember to stay active and mentally positive. Best of health to you!
