On a healthy weight loss program, What is the recommended pounds loss for 1 month?
Around 2 pounds a week.. So anywhere from 8 to 10… But that is eating healthy and working out too (30 minutes a day!)

1-2lbs per week is the normal, healthy rate of weight loss. so thats 4-8lbs per month.

if you truely need to lose weight it is 1 to 2 lbs a week. so about four to eight lbs a month.

for your health, a 2 pound loss a week is good, anymore will be affecting muscle, not fat.. the secret???? eat a well balanced diet and get moving …exercise is the key, you must get the metabolism up to burn fat.

2 lbs a week. you can do that by cutting your daily calorie intake by 500

½ lb per week….2 lbs in a month. Sounds like a little, but it adds up.. plus no saggy skin to look at.
