Thankyou so much for doing this video. I know you posted it last year, but just about two weeks ago i started watching you videos. Since then i have took your advise and taken small steps to get to my goal of loosing 50lbs. I have lost 4lbs so far and am super excited cause i finally feel like i can do this. i want to lose 20 …
i want to lose 20 lbs but also want to be healthy. people look at me and they believe it when I tell them my actual weight because they think I weigh less. I think it’s better to be healthy and right now I can tell i’m not. So this is going to be my new goal for the next few months. To lose 20 lbs and be healthy. =D you really are an inspiration

dont pay your mother any attention im NOT sayin disrespect or ignore her just look at the situation as her being an mosquito. the way you can squat at her is to start being healthy. start walking, cut sodas, walk places rather than catch a ride, make more healthy eating choices, just turn your negatives into positives and youll start losing weight. who cares what others have to say because they are not you no matter what you do someone will always have somthing to say about it

Talk about it girlfriend. I have begun my weight loss journey one week ago. I have decided that I am going to layer one good choice on top of another. I have started with exercise. I have decided to exercise almost everyday. This makes me feel good so I will start here. Next I will tackle my diet. I love your attitude. You are an inspiration, Thank You.

hey i just watched …
hey i just watched ur video, and i’m ready. but the thing is im 14 and already 183lbs. i know thats alot for a 14 year old, and i’m really trying. but its hard when ur mother wont stop pressuring u. she even said she would buy me a laptop if i lose weight. i feel like a falure to her, and y can’t she except me for who i am, and wat i look like? i’m going to try to take baby steps, but with her in my ear all the time it’ll be hard.
