@TheRogueMonk but still, if you just eat junk food, you can still lose weight as long as you burn up more calories than you’re taking in. It’s the law of thermodynamics. if you don’t get enough food your body digs into fat reserves to make up for it. Yes, fruits and vegetables are healthy and they fill you up, but the foods you eat don’t cause weight loss, it’s the amount of food you don’t eat

its that good food , like salads grees and fruits help the stomach active and stable , and natural.. you will have worse bowl movement if you eat just trash food.
I think the idea comes from this fact that good food sustain your body and makes your body maintain itself , causing it to hav a great metabolism!
then someone might come and call that “foods that change your metabolism” well its just a way to say .

I ate a sub …
I ate a sub sandwich after my workout of 40 minutes on a elliptical ranging between 4-7 MPH
the sub was the only thing that could fill me and it contained mustard mayo ham turkey lettuce tomato and bread.
was that a bad idea? it was the only thing available at the college food place and it filled me up.
