    The muscle you were referring to is latissimus dorsi, the pull-up-muscle, so to speak. Normally simply referred to as “Lat”.

    @antishay You’re …
    @antishay You’re right. I did post the same comment on Nicoles recent video, and my compliment and feedback is indeed genuine. However it goes out to all of you that I have been following for a couple of years now. If you reread I refer to “you all” and “you guys”…..meaning you, Nicole, Jason, and Amber. Just like you post a general video to us that covers many questions…I posted a general comment that I felt applied to the both of you and that I wanted both of you to read.

    @bluelove33 You …
    @bluelove33 You left this exact same comment on Nicole’s video :/

    I actually think …
    I actually think it’s great that you all have disconnected a bit from YouTube and your just focusing on living and being. It’s so hard to keep documenting every little thing that you do much less make videos of your every effort. Good to hear from you guys now and then, though. Glad you are finding “you” and that you’re still making progress at your own pace!

    @PeaceLoveSlim I’m …
    @PeaceLoveSlim I’m doing the p90x program too =) I’m on day 46 at the moment and it’s been amazing so far. As for your worry about the weight gain of 2lbs.. did u know that weight will naturally fluctuate + or – 4lbs throughout the day? I suggest measuring body fat % in conjunction with the scales to workout exactly how much fat you are losing. Hope that helps..

    Hi right at the …
    Hi right at the beginning you mentioned being insecure about your bust, how is that now? Do you think they’re much smaller, or just relatively smaller, so they are relatively the same cup size they were before? Do you care anymore? How about stretch marks, and flatness, have you noticed any sagging in your breasts??

    Thanks!!

    Such great advice! I have two babies under two and feel down about not losing the baby weight I thought would come off by now but the fact is I am so busy – I hardly have time for myself, let alone to work out and eat really healthy – I eat what’s available. But I love the taking small steps like getting enough sleep, drinking water, walks, etc. idea. Thank you for the advice and inspiration! : )

  18. antishay Says:

    @HealthIsInPlease …
    @HealthIsInPlease I’m 165ish lbs and 5’9” – my maintenance calories are WAY up for debate…

    Every BMR calculator gives me a maintenance-calories level of about 1570. However, that’s if I just lie on the floor all day. For someone who is sedentary (like me), you multiply by 1.2 to get daily BMR of around 1880 calories.

    So I say my maintain calories are 1700-1900. I aim to eat 17-1800 so that even if I’m over my losing-weight calories (~1300) by a few hundred, I’m stil below maintain. See? :)

  19. HealthIsInPlease Says:

    1700 for …

    the muscle is the latissimus dorsi :D why do i remember that?

    your motivating! lol i want to go work out today :) congratulations girl! keep it up!
