How to Increase your Fat and Sugar Burning to Aid Weight Loss

In order to carry through a successful weight reduction process, your over-weight must be attacked from several angles at the same time. Among other measures, you also have to increase your burning of fat and sugar. This burning is also of two kinds. The body are steadily burning fat and sugar and thereby producing heat, and it burns these nutrients to get energy for the daily activities you perform. A. THE FAT AND SUGAR BURNING PROCESS

The burning of fat and sugar is composed of many chemical steps. Fat is first broken apart yielding free fatty acids. The fatty acids are then broken further down to pieces called acetyl. The sugar is also broken down to acetyl in a process called glycolysis, and the energy thus released is used to produce an energy-rich compound called ATP. The acetyl formed from the braking down of fat and sugar is then further combined with oxygen yielding carbon dioxide and water, and even more ATP is produced. The ATP produced is then used to release heat and to give energy for the bodily work.

B. GET ALL THE NUTRIENTS YOU REQUIRE

The process of braking down and burning fat and sugar uses vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids as working tools. Therefore your diet has to contain all these nutrients in the needed amount. Including vegetables or fruit in a natural form in every meal will help you get these nutrients.

Even though your generally shall reduce your fat consume, some types of food containing essential fatty acids should be a part of your daily diet, for example nuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, olives, olive oil and fat fish.

E. USE OF CAFFEINE AND SIMILAR COMPOUNDS

Caffeine and similar compounds also increase the mental alertness, the feeling of energy and the impulses to external action, and thereby they also increase the burning of fat and sugar. They also increase the fat and sugar burning by accelerating the basic heat production metabolism.

A simple way of taking caffeine or the related compound teofylline is drinking a few cups of coffee or tea each day. A cup of coffee in the morning can and another cup in the afternoon can often give you the impulse you need to do an effective daily exercise session.

    Here is a question that i am curious to see how many people will give an honest answer. Which do you prefer to be legalized Marijuana or Alcohol? Below are just a few facts about both…. (I did look up the facts that are posted on both marijuana and Alcohol I did not just make up these facts myself) I will try and post 10 facts each

    Marijuana: #1 If Pot were legalized the prison industry would be hurt. They would no longer jail Pot smokers. It could free up space for violent criminals. #2 Pot is a sexual stimulant. #3 Pot is 100% natural nothing about it has man made chemicals in it. #4 There has never been a car accident death due to a stoned driver, just some slow drivers and may be some lost drivers . #5 Pot is used for medical use in MANY situations. #6 it is a myth that marijuana is a gate way drug. #7 Pot will cause some short term memory loss. #8 Pot will give you the Munchies, It could cause you to gain weight. #9 Marijuana smokers show dysregulated growth of epithelial cells in their lung tissue, which could lead to cancer; however, a recent case-controlled study found no positive associations between marijuana use and lung, upper respiratory, or upper digestive tract cancers. Thus, the link between marijuana smoking and these cancers remains unsubstantiated at this time, but marijuana smokers have some of the same problems as cigarette smokers coughing, mucus, sore lungs, etc. #10 Marijuana make most people more relaxed.     In my opinion i think it’s safer to smoke a joint than it is to drink a beer, the most dangerous thing about marijuana is getting caught with it. you can google all this info your self before you answer i do not smoke or drink and i do not condone any of the above this is just my opinion on the subject, & I am just curious as to what every ones opinion is on the subject. I am just a homemaker and not any form of government at all or anything like that. Also I looked every were for something good about drinking alcohol and found VERY limited info on it, so please don’t think this info posted is one sided for marijuana being good for you, I just found that using google as info finder it’s easier to find good things about using pot than using beer.

    If marijuana was leagalized a lot of dealers would be out a job.
    and alcohol is legal at a certain age.
    but if that age was lowered than we’d certainly have a lot of issues among the younger age, even though they have access to it already.

    But my opinion. smoking is a lot more healthy than drinking, and you don’t have a hangover the next day. so def smoking.

    Very interesting indeed. Well I know you googled all this information but I don’t agree with everything you said about MJ. I don’t believe its a gate way drug and never will. I know people that it has never led them to others. And the other is there is no man made chemicals in it not true. People do what they call lace it with other junk that are chemicals which I most certainly don’t agree with. Why can’t you leave well enough alone? But any way to answer your question I agree with you on smoking is safer but I can’t say to much because I drink beer and I wouldn’t want that to be illegal. .

    I don’t want my government getting in my dope bizness and I DON’T WANT my ‘dro legalized. Look at everything else they’ve gotten into, they’ve just eff’ed it up. Leave the ‘dro alone, Big Brotha.

    Alcohol is more dangerous but in moderate amounts it’s OK. We tried to prohibit alcohol before and that didn’t work out very well, it simply created a market for bootleg alcohol that for the most part was poisonous and killed a lot of people because it wasn’t regulated.

    It IS safer to smoke a joint than drink a beer, in many ways.

    I do not support the use of alcohol OR marijuana by anyone under the age of 21.

    i think marijuana would be better legalized, there are so many few people who get addicted to weed, like, almost none, and it has never caused a death. I think its way safer than alcohol in soo many ways.

    But that was a generational thing. It’s all good. Marijuana should be legalized so dumb teenagers don’t get a bad record. For me, I stick with alcohol because I don’t want to deal with the law. I could be persuaded to go to a marijuana bar if we could have them.
