I am currently taking MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) basically it’s organic sulfur. I recently bought a bottle of lipo 6X (my goal is to look something like Alicia Marie, Ms Muscles and Fitness 2006). Would the MSM interact negatively with this product?

    Lipo 6 Black is a strong product. If you havn’t take any suplements before, don’t take it. use a normal Lipo 6 instead.

    I am taking Lipo 6 with, Amino, HMB and L-Carninite. But I have start Lipo 6 black since today morning.

    You have to drink a lot, that’s right. I am drinking usually more than a gallon a day but I am running 3 times a week (7-8 miles, 7-8 miles, 10 miles) and and every second day gym. We will see how is it will work, but regarding the supplements facts it should be good.

    just think . what ever you consume from the morning till your day is ended can be burned up by work out . then you get a clean slate for the next day. “when you dont keep your body active then it starts to add up” and the weight will add up because your doin nothing to keep your body together..

    But as long as you continue to make it a issue to get some type of workout done then you should be good! dont stress it. keep up the work Good Luck

    Wel if you dont continue to work out, it doesnt have to be intense but if you dont continue to just keep your body active and continue to keep your body healthy then you will put your wieght back on. The idea when taking a supplement is that its goin to aid in your wieght loss. but during the wieght loss program you are supposed to be trainin your body to make your new workouts and eating ways a habit so that when you stop you will have trained your self and created healthy habits.

That is why i am considering lipo 6. but my question is (not to be funny) did lipo 6 cause you to have testicular shrinkage or does it contain any type of steroids that causes testicular shrinkage.

    4th. you want to consume healthy foods, what ever you put into your body is what your goin to get out. so if u put junk in then your gona get junk out. I would start to consume more chicken and beef. not talkin about hamburgers or fried chick. and consume more vegetables then you would regularly do. If your really up for the challenge then you can do this! RESULTS dont happen over nite! it takes time and dedicated work!. Push your body beyond limits! and at your age its possible!

    NOW with abs. there is not such thing as over nite abs! or 60 second abs! its impossible. Cardio meaning running long distance and sprints will help shed body fat around your lower stomach area. Abs are multiple muscles that need to be stimulated continously for results. this means you can work them out everyday like other muscles you cant work them out everyday but your abs you can! but I’m not sayin you need to do 1000 in a day. but enough to where you feel continous burn

    3rd.with working out your body will shed the weight off and since your only 15 your body is still growing and stretching!. PLUS as a 15 year old your metabolism rate is fast. its when you get to 22 and up your metabolism rate starts to decrease thats why these products are made! for the ones whos metabolism rate has fallen
