    @imaanmisbah Beach holiday coming up? I’m no fitness expert, but I think you need a workout that burns a lot of energy/fat. Like running. A friend of mine has been running and she has lost a of a lot.
    Run every day. No excuses. She said that the first week is very painful and hard but after that, even though it’s still hard work, you can push through it and run for hours and it gets easier every run and you go further.
    Time yourself so you push harder
    Set all your spare time to it.
