I personally do not believe in diets because "diets don’t work PERIOD!" A lifestyle change is the best way to make an assessment of what works and doesn’t work for you. Like..Do you sleep in? Stay up to late? Drink allot of sugary liquids such as; soda or juices? Eat past 7pm? Skip breakfast? Eat too little? Eat too much? Overeat? Eat out more than 3 times a week? Eat fast food? Have a chaotic schedule? Watch more than 1 hour of "television" a day? Exercise? Smoke or drink regularly? All of these things coincide with a persons lifestyle choices, and in order to lose weight and keep the weight off, a person needs a solid ground to start on. This means organizing 4-6 small meals the day before, getting in an hour of cardio 4 or more times a week, setting yourself a schedule or a routine to guide you through the day, give away all the sugary salty foods out of your cabinets, enjoy the outdoors instead of enjoying reruns of a show you’ve already seen, no more fried foods, high protien low carb meals not cooked in butter, but in olive oil or baked.
as you can see there are so many changes that you need to make in order to lose weight the "correct way" but you must truly want it for yourself and not set yourself up for sabotage by leaving that bar of chocolate hidden in the cabinets. There is always a reason people gain wait, and its not because they’re really hungry. So think about why you eat the bad things instead of giving your body the healthy food it needs. We only have one body, so treat it right and it will do the same for you!
