    Great tips. However …
Great tips. However, I just want to point out convenience is very important when it comes to preparing food. In our society time equals to money. Let’s just say you spend 3 hours doing research and cutting out coupons in return to save 22dollars. Your basically only earned $7.33… per hour you spend. I feel this video is more suitable for those who have a lot of time on their hand. Still by all means this is a great video and it’s very detailed.

all that being said i just started a raw diet, im spending just as much money as i was b4

your so right! last week i went grocery shopping for the first time in my life i brought so many things vegetable, fruits, dairy products and everything was only $15.00 and when i go eat at the restaurant one meal cost $10.00 – $20.00

  18. 99Sorc Says:

dude let me tell u …
dude let me tell u right now – if u want to eat HEALTHY – not semi healthy – it is very cheap.
dozen eggs – 2 bucks, 10lb bag of white rice from Costco – 3 bucks, Broccoli at a market – 33 cents/lb, giant bag of romaine lettuce from a market – 2 bucks, cans of tuna 70 cents… the list goes on u just have to look around. If u can find a middle eastern type market – they have the best stuff for the cheapest.

Thats of course if ur willing to truly eat healthy – which most people arent.

not claiming u said somthing wrong

just complaining about a fact i cant change,, if its a basic liberty for us all to live and persue happiness then shouldnt the cost of living be a lot more reasonable, no matter how you choose to live???

we think so alike on these topic. thank you i thought was the only one. But the fact is our bodys crave junk food because its cheap and eazy most people are lazy or just don’t have time to make good food. never the less your advice helps us alot.thanks again for your time.

  24. EBanonymous Says:

    Decent video but …
Decent video but one correction at about the point 8:30 or so. She says people spend more money on things in life that aren’t necessities. That’s not true, especially in the US.

The costs for necessities has increased dramatically over the past 30 yrs; food, housing, health care are some of them. “The Coming Collapse of the Middle Class” is a lecture by a Harvard professor on here discussing that.

So yes eating healthy is important; I agree. Just this one issue. Still a good video.
